At Tool Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a tool doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Tool Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
